BILLS ARE DUE WHEN RENDERED AND ARE LATE AFTER THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH.  All water bills are mailed and sent out the last week of each month and are all due on the same day.  All payments are entered into the system and credited to respective accounts on the day of receipt.  If you do not receive a bill around the first of the month, please call and we can give you the amount due. Late fees cannot be waived in this situation.

You can pay your bill by either mailing or you may pay at the office.   We have a walk in lobby area and a drive thru payment window.  You may also drop your payment after hours in our night deposit box.  We only accept cash, money orders and checks in the office.

We cannot be responsible for the postal system or be responsible for you not receiving your mail at your home.  We can, and as seen above, advise you that your bill will go in the mail the last week of the month and will be due the 10th of the following month.  Failure to receive the bill or payments that have been mailed but not received in our office will not relieve the customer of payment obligation.  Since postmarking only indicates when a payment was mailed and not actually made, postmarks will not be accepted, payments have to be in our office by the due date to avoid penalties.
